I was on Ativan for my panic attacks, but ended up having an allergic reaction. Since then, I have a hard time taking new medications because I’m always so worried about another allergic reaction, I end up throwing myself into a panic attack.

Started Cymbalta, had a huge panic attack FROM the cymbalta, and am now having difficulties upping my Zoloft because I am terrified of winding up with another huge panic attack

Men Can Stop Rape’s new College Bystander Intervention campaign.

Actual good anti rape campaign posters! They don’t shame victims, they ask people to examine their own actions and inactions and protect their friends. And not in a gross excuse for chivalry either, just as people keeping people safe.

I like this. 

Yep I agree. I also like how it’s not tying a man taking action around rape to some imaginary alpha male/hypermasculine sort of thing. Like a real man would do such and such.  

Hey look! It’s an anti-rape campaign based on being a decent human being! In all seriousness, this is marvelous. I bolded the above for emphasis.

This was my initial introduction to Captain America and this may explain why I don’t much like the character or understand terribly why anyone else does.

This isn’t Captain America. This is “Ultimate Captain America.” Guh…

I’m aware it’s not 616 verse, I did read the entire arc this was part of when it came out. Just sayin’, even if I had been inclined to feel fondly towards a character whose sole raison d’etre SORRY ABOUT THE FRENCH is to represent a country I have quite mixed feelings about, I wouldn’t have been pursuing other titles with him in after reading Ultimates first. Whereas with Ultimate X-men, at least, I had some kind of sympathy for the characters, I think in Ultimates the only character I liked was Thor (and the implication that Wanda and Pietro were having sexy twincest).

Thought process: “What? France starts with an F, and that is an A. …Wait does France in the french language start with A? no. no it does not. Then what the fuck is he even TALKING abou- oh.”

After filming 2011’s Thor, director Kenneth Branagh noticed that the prop hammer -Mjolnir - had gone missing, distressing the famous director who had planned to keep it as a memento.
